Dec. 16-23

On Dec. 16 an officer was dispatched to a residence for an unattended death. Nothing further.

On Dec. 19 officers assisted the Moorcroft Ambulance with an elderly person who had fallen and hit their head. They remained on the scene to help load the patient. Nothing further.

On Dec. 19 an officer was called to the Coffee Cup to unlock a vehicle. The officer was able to gain entry. Nothing Further.

On Dec. 19 an individual came to the police station to file a REDDI report regarding a vehicle that they had followed into town. The vehicle was moving very slowly and had difficulty maintaining its lane. The individual had seen the driver at the Coffee Cup. The officer went to investigate and was approached by another agency that reported having dealt with the suspect before. They mentioned that the driver was local to the area and had previously been reported for similar behavior. The officer made contact with the driver and observed no signs of intoxication. The driver explained that he was simply old and drove slowly. Nothing further.

On Dec. 20 an officer assisted an individual who requested emergency funds.

On Dec. 20 an officer was dispatched in response to a REDDI report regarding an individual who was driving below the posted speed limit and having difficulty maintaining their lane. The officer located the vehicle and stopped the driver due to expired registration. The individual showed no signs of intoxication and received a citation for the expired registration.
