INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Town of Moorcroft, Wyoming will receive sealed bids for the Moorcroft Town Center Remodel Project. The Project is generally described as follows:

The overall project includes the remodel of 7 classrooms in the old elementary school that will be divided into town hall offices and Council chambers and senior center spaces. The bids will be submitted in bid packages as defined in the bid documents.

Sealed bids will be received at Moorcroft Town Hall, until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. The bids will then be opened and read aloud at that location.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Contract Documents shall be obtained on or after Tuesday, September 22, 2024, by requesting a copy from the owner’s representative.

A PRE-BID SITE VISITS will be arranged upon request to Jeff Holberg, owner’s rep. The building is the old Elementary school building located at 103 S. Belle Fourche Ave., Moorcroft, Wyoming.

Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the Town of Moorcroft, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
