RED BLUFF MEDICAL CENTER HELIPORT

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, for improvements to Red Bluff Medical Center, Hulett, Wyoming, will be received by the Crook County Medical Foundation, 131 Red Devil Drive, Hulett, WY 82720, until 11:30 am local time on September 13, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The proposed work includes the following bid schedule, and the successful bidder shall have the option of completing this work in the Fall of 2024 or the Summer of 2025:

Bid Schedule 1 - CONSTRUCT RED BLUFF MEDICAL CENTER HELIPORT: Major items of work include grading, concrete paving, aggregate base course, lighting improvements and pavement markings.

Bid Conditions. The bidder is required to provide all information as required within the Contract Documents. The bidder is required to bid on all items of every division or as otherwise detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids may be held by the Crook County Medical Foundation for a period not to exceed 45 Days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.

The right is reserved, as the Crook County Medical Foundation may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.

Bid Bond. Guarantee will be required with each bid as a certified check on a solvent bank or a bid bond in the amount of five (5) % of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Crook County Medical Foundation.
