On July 25, police responded to a report of a slick substance on the road that caused two motorcycles to slide and tip over. Both riders and their bikes were ok. The officer stayed on scene to conduct traffic control while the maintenance crew put sand on the road. Nothing further.

On July 25, police were advised by dispatch of a two-vehicle rollover. An officer responded to the scene and was asked to assist other agencies with traffic control. Nothing further.

On July 26, police were given a wallet that was found at Coffee Cup Fuel Stop. The wallet was placed into lost and found and the owner was notified. Nothing further.

On July 27, officers observed six residences that were in violation of the town’s garbage can ordinance. Trash cans out after 8 p.m. were tagged. Nothing further.

On July 28, police received a report of an unknown woman entering the MTC while the janitor was there. Officers responded for a security check. Upon arrival, the officer noted that the door was not secure. The janitor informed officers that the woman was there looking for assistance with gas money and that she had left before police arrived.

On July 28, police were advised of request for emergency funds from a female that was traveling though. Emergency funds were provided. Nothing further.

Stats: Thirty-nine business checks. Fingerprinting. Three VIN checks. Found property. Eleven traffic warnings. Suspicious activity. Emergency fund. Traffic problem. Assisted other agency. Six garbage ordinance. Six extra patrols.
