Hot Iron, the construction company installing the water main along Pine Haven's Boe Drive, is currently laying pipe along the north side of Woodland Drive working east from Boe Drive to Sunrise Court. Hot Iron will tie in the water main at Boe Drive and Pendleton Drive later this week.
They have installed 16 new fire taps to date, including the eight in the C-Bar Subdivision and have three remaining to be installed, two on the north end of Lakeview Drive and one within the Enloe Street cul-de-sac.
The current substantial completion date is August 14 with an earlier completion anticipated for most of the work, according to HDR Engineering's Noah Messick.
Hot Iron will be tying in to existing water mains on Boe Drive, Pendleton Drive, and Woodland Drive as the project continues.
