What's happening at the Moorcroft Branch Library

Join us on Wednesday, July 17, at 10 a.m. for the Comedy Magic of Cody Landstrom. Fun for the whole family, this interactive show may include juggling, hat tricks, cowboy rope tricks, balancing stunts, laughter and so much more!

Cody has a long history of performing including over 17 years as a musician. He spent several years touring with the USO and has left many corporations, celebrities, librarians laughing and mystified. Join us for this fun and interactive show.

Hulett Branch Library will host Cody on Tuesday, July 16, at 5 p.m. in the GHCC Gymnasium and he will also visit the Crook County Library in Sundance at 3:15 p.m., on Wednesday, June 17.  All three events are open to anyone who is able to attend. Plan to attend any or all of his shows! 

Our Adult Book Club is reading the classic To Kill a Mockingbird for their July book.  We will be showing the movie version on July 18, at 1 p.m., in the upstairs meeting room.  Everyone is welcome to join us for the showing which will include classic movie snacks including popcorn, candy and soda. 

Reading Logs for the ‘Adventure Begins at Your Library’ Youth Summer Reading Program are due by 5 p.m., on July 19 for prize entries. Please make sure there is a name written on the top of the form. 

Logs can be placed in the book drop if needed or email a copy to Miss Lacey at [email protected]. We will draw for prizes at the Summer Reading BBQ July 24.
