2024/2025 FY Budget

AN ORDINANCE, APPROPRATING MONEY FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD

BEGINNING JULY 1, 2024, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2025

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE FOLLOWING BUDGET ORDINACE BE ADOPTED:

SECTION 1: The following sums of money are anticipated as general fund cash, investments:

Bank $ 145,000

Investments $ 2,615,359

Total Funds $ 2,760,359

SECTION 2: The following sums of money are anticipated as general revenues:

Property Taxes $ 93,950

Licenses and Permits $ 24,565

Intergovernmental $ 765,860

Grant – PED Pathway Design $ 221,700

Goods & Services, Fines $ 35,000

Miscellaneous Revenues $ 87,850

Cemetery $ 2,850

Revenues $ 1,231,775

Transfer into Gen. From Invest Accts. $ 380,100

Total Revenues $ 1,611,875

SECTION 3: The following sums of money are anticipated as general expenses:

General Government $ 299,609

Public Safety $ 243,350

Public Works $ 780,854

Parks & Recreation $ 58,562

Expenses $ 1,382,375

Transfer To Investment Accounts $ 229,500

Section 4: The following sums of money are expected revenues, expenses, and loan payments from the enterprise accounts:

Transfer To Water Fund $ -18,000

Section 5: It is anticipated that an 8 mil levy for property taxes will be required for operation of the general fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that the Town of Pine Haven budget, be adopted

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, by the appropriation as provided for in Ordinance #5, 2024
