NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEPARATE SEALED BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING OF:

TOWN OF MOORCROFT – NOONAN PARK SPLASH PAD

PROJECT NUMBER 10210223

GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS:

Installation of a splash pad approximately 3,000 square feet, equipment vault, 19 aquatic play products and associated infrastructure; replacement of sidewalk affected by this project, addition of sidewalk and picnic area, gravel surfacing of approach. The equipment vault must be connected to the water system, sewer system and the existing electrical system. The project will be located at Noonan Park, north of W Goshen St. The splash pad will be installed east of the restroom building. The equipment vault will be installed adjacent to the restroom building

BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWN OF MOORCROFT, WYOMING, AT TOWN HALL, 104 NORTH BIG HORN AVENUE, MOORCROFT, WYOMING 82721, UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TIME AND DATE, AND THEN PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD:

COPIES OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS MAY BE OBTAINED AT http://www.hdrinc.com/WYbids UPON PAYMENT OF A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $22.00. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED ON THE QUEST CDN WEBSITE TO RECEIVE UPDATES AND ADDENDA. NO PARTIAL SETS OF SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS WILL BE ISSUED. REVISED DRAWINGS WILL BE ISSUED TO PLANHOLDERS AS NECESSARY BY ADDENDA.

A REQUIRED PRE-BID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR 1:00 PM ON JUNE 26, 2024 AT THE TOWN OF MOORCROFT TOWN HALL. BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE.

Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Bidders that use subcontractor(s)/suppliers(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor/supplier participation. Bidders shall submit the required DBE Good Faith Effort Documentation form and other related forms with their bids. Bidders are also required to follow the Buy American/Use of American Iron and Steel included in the Contract Documents.

A Bid Bond shall be the only acceptable form of Bid security and shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. At time of executing the Contract Documents the Contractor shall provide Contract security (Performance and Payment Bonds) in accordance with the General Conditions and W.S. 15-1-113 and 16-6-112.

The Town of Moorcroft reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
