Playground equipment coming soon

With the new playground equipment on site at Pine Haven's Harwood Park, the date for assembly has been difficult to keep. Last weekend was washed out and the council is hoping the fickle weather will hold without rain through the first weekend in June.

Public Works Director Sean Glasser has cleared and leveled the small park in preparation of the play set installation and volunteers are asked to arrive around 10:00 a.m. on June 1 and 2. The hosts plan to serve lunch to the workers in appreciation for all their labor to complete this project for the kids.
