Special Meeting of the Council

Monday, May 13th, 2024

Town Council Present: Mayor Ben Glenn, Councilmembers Dale Petersen, Austin Smith, Bob Stewart and Heidi Humpal

Mayor Ben Glenn called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Councilmember Petersen motioned to move into Executive Session to discuss personnel at 7:01 p.m. and Councilmember Smith seconded. All ayes, motion carried.

The regular meeting of the council reconvened at 7:05 p.m.

Councilmember Petersen motioned to offer Jesse Connally the position of Town Clerk/Treasurer position at $56,000 per year and Councilmember Humpal seconded. All ayes, motion carried.

Councilmember Petersen motioned to advertise the Deputy Municipal’ s position and Councilmember Stewart seconded. All ayes, motion carried.

With no further business to discuss, Councilmember Stewart motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. and Councilmember Smith seconded. All ayes, motion carried.
