The Voice of the Community Since 1909, Serving Moorcroft and Pine Haven, Wyoming
The Gillette Chamber Singers (GSC) are excited to present their spring concert, “Made in America, Celebrating American Composers” on Saturday, May 4, at 7 p.m., at the First Presbyterian Church in Gillette, 511 Carey Avenue.
The selections for this concert come from the hearts, minds and traditions of American musicians, composers and poets.
“It has been a joy to prepare the singers for this performance,” said Dr. Joel Schreuder, artistic director of the Gillette Chamber Singers. “Concert goers will hear beautiful arrangements of familiar American tunes and delight on hearing the inspiring original compositions of American composers, both old and new.”
There is no charge to attend the concert and donations are accepted to further the mission of GSC to bring choral music to the community.
