As the regional tournament approaches, the Lady Wolves are continuing to gel in preparation, says Coach Matthew Albertson.
"I still do not believe we have played to our potential," he says. "Elise Kuhbacher is starting to ramp up her dominance in rebounding and Kaeley Hutchison has had some good games over the last few weeks."
Meanwhile, he notes that the younger girls are starting to find their footing and are gaining confidence both offensively and defensively.
"Natalee Scribner had a really good game this past Saturday, in Big Horn, when she finished the game with 16 points; all the while dealing with 4 fouls the last 11plus minutes of the game," he says.
"Ciara Fenner has stepped in and has been able to allow a breather for some solid minutes, along with Kylee Keller-Decoteau, Melibe Downey and Victoria Rozell."
The week ahead will be a tough one, he says, including games against the #4 2A Sundance Bulldogs on Tuesday, #2 3A Buffalo Bison on Friday, and #2 2A Tongue River Eagles on Saturday.
