Moorcroft students give entertaining performance

When Captain Hook sent his right-hand man Smee (Actor DJ Hodges) on a quest to capture Peter Pan, it was seemingly business as usual...at first. Little did Hook realize what fantastic adventures awaited him and his pirate posse in their search for the elusive Pan.

Thirty Moorcroft students put on two outstanding performances on Saturday, February 10. The local cast featured Avenlee Downey as Peter Pan and Roselyn McKee as Peter's Shadow. Playing Tinker Bell was Ivalee Smith with Ava Cantu, Elizabeth Fiedler, Lunara James-Nichols and Emilee Wisnoski as the Lost Boys.

KyAnne Karrels was Wendy Darling and John and Michael Darling were Makoy Petersen and Stace Bossman. Mr. and Mrs. Darling were Danica Schutt and Abigail Fiedler with Zinnia Barton as Nana.

The notorious Captain Hook was played by Danica Schutt (yes, she played two parts!) with Audrey Knapp, Brooklyn Albertson, Tory Jenkins and Paisley Reuwsaat as his pirate crew. Looking for another bite was Afton Farnsworth as the crocodile, with Colt Barton playing her "tick-tock". Agatha Heringer played Tiger Lily and Alexandria Purcell, Gemma Tugby, Tynlee Thomas and Rori Gerry were the Neverlanders.

Flying their way to Neverland was Simone Olson-Tucker, Emberley Schrock, Emblyn Scott, Monroe Petersen, Kendal Albertson and Houston Jenkins as clouds. Serving as Director was Actor Noel Medina. Each person did a wonderful job, and a good time was had by all!
