ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The City of Sundance will receive sealed bids for the Ryan Street Water Main Replacement Project. The project is generally described as follows:

The Project includes the replacement of approximately 520 feet of water main, 50 square yards of gravel restoration, 300 square yards of topsoil restoration, 15 square yards of sidewalk restoration, and 550 square yards of asphalt in the City of Sundance along Ryan Street between 5th Street and 6th Street.

Sealed bids will be received at the City of Sundance Office located at 213 E. Main Street, Sundance, WY until 10:00 am local time on March 6, 2024. The bids will then be opened and read aloud at the City of Sundance Council Chambers.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the title “Ryan Street Water Main Replacement Project” and addressed to:

Contract Documents, including proposal Bid Forms, Construction Drawings and Project Manual, can be downloaded at http://www.questcdn.com using project number 8960976. Contract Documents may be obtained on or after February 15, 2024 at the non-refundable cost of $22.00 per set.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on February 21, 2024 at 10:00 am local time, at the City of Sundance Council Chambers at 213 E. Main Street, Sundance, WY.

Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute and Federal Requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to City of Sundance, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
