What's Happening at the Moorcroft Branch Library

We were very excited to welcome 30 patrons to the library on Sunday, December 10. for Storytime and a craft. Santa’s elves were so busy getting ready for Christmas that they asked Miss Lacey to step in for them. Attendees enjoyed holiday stories and colored ornaments.

Please join us on December 19 for a Holiday Treat Exchange from 5:30-7 pm. Bring at least two dozen of your favorite holiday treats. We will enjoy some, while we visit and all attendees will get to take home new treats to share with their friends and family. Hot cocoa and apple cider will be provided. Please email your recipe to [email protected] ahead of time if you can. We will have recipe cards for attendees to take home. 

Wear your ugly sweaters to Storytime and Afterschool Program on Wednesday, December 20.

Our Adult Book Club will meet at 1 p.m., December 21 and everyone is welcome to join us! Read a Christmas book of your choice for this month’s meeting. Feel free to bring a treat to share while we discuss our books. 

5 p.m., on December 15 is the cut off for bids for The Holiday Silent Auction, hosted by Moorcroft Friends of the Library. If you are unable to stop in, please feel free to call and place your bids. Items have been posted to our Facebook page.
