Town clerk resigns

As of November 30, Clerk/Treasurer Cheryl Schneider will no longer work for the town of Moorcroft.

At Wednesday night’s meeting of council, Schneider tended her resignation as of the end of November in a letter in which she expressed her appreciation.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work for the town and its citizens… I hope the council feels I’ve done my best job as the town clerk/treasurer,” she read.

The council is currently advertising for the position....
