September is National Library Card Sign Up Month. Sign up for a library card at The Moorcroft Branch Library in September and get a free treat from us! All new adult patrons will also be entered into a prize drawing
Hold up, wait a minute, Let Me Put Some Spirit In It! Homecoming is the week of September 25-30.
Moorcroft Elementary and Moorcroft Secondary have fun schedules for Spirit Week including Thursday’s Game Day. Join us on Friday September 22 for a Homecoming inspired drop in craft 1-4 p.m.
Bring a shirt, hat, water bottle, pants or any other item you choose to decorate. We will have heat transfer vinyl options for fabric, permanent vinyl for water bottles, fabric paints, fabric markers, beads and other items available.
We will also have headbands and bandanas available for purchase (this will include decorating supplies). Please contact the library for price information.
There have been big changes to our children’s section. Stop by and see Miss Lacey’s new desk and shelving unit purchased with donation to The Friends of the Library. Crook County Library Foundation also utilized donations made in memory of John Queen to purchase a new smart tv and stand for downstairs.

Series Spotlight
Women’s Murder Club is a series of mystery novels by James Patterson. Set in San Francisco, the series follows a group of women from different professions relating to crime investigation as they work together to solve murders while navigating their personal lives. This week we will add three more to our collection - 21st Birthday, 22 Seconds and 23rd Midnight.
