The Voice of the Community Since 1909, Serving Moorcroft and Pine Haven, Wyoming
The Trek Travel cross-country cycling group of Portland, OR travel each year from coast to coast and this year plan to end their trek in Portland, ME, more than 3500 miles. The 18 riders are on Day 18 of their 46-day road trip, traveling about 100 miles a day. Three support vans are working with the riders for food and rest stops every 20-30 miles, flat tires and medical emergencies as well as two guides cycling with the group. They hope to be at their destination by October 6.
