The Voice of the Community Since 1909, Serving Moorcroft and Pine Haven, Wyoming
Our Thanks
Moorcroft Elementary Parent Action Committee would like to send a huge “Thank You!” to Angie Peters for all she has done over the past 12 or more years to bring fun, learning and much more to our school and community! Sadly, Angie is “retiring” this year – her love for students and desire to provide them with extra activities throughout the year is going to be greatly missed!
She’s been a wonderful, proficient leader whose shoes will be hard to fill – but we will try. To be able to do this, We Need Your Help!
Our group is now down to two so we need several more people to step up and fill the void – whether you are a teacher, parent or live in our community, we and our kids need you!
It is hard to say, but if we’re not able to get more people involved, the activities that have come to be of value to our school and community (school t-shirts, Treat Street, Teacher Appreciation, Spelling Bee, Game Night, Science Fair, Missoula Children’s Theater and raising money for outdoor equipment and other school activities) will likely come to an end.
Please contact Allison Ver Burg (307-756-2197) or Katie Gray (307-670-3443) for more information. Our next PAC meeting will be on September 11, at 4:05 p.m. at the MES workroom – please come and join us and help us plan for the future!
If you would like to send Angie a thank you note, you may drop them off at the school for Mrs. Ver Burg to deliver to her. Thank you for your continued support of PAC!
Our Thanks
The family of Barbara “Dusty” Glick would like to thank the many friends and family who sent beautiful flowers, cards, food and comforting words during the difficult time of losing our beloved Mom and Gram.
Words can never express our gratitude to Dr. Waddell and the other providers, the RNs, EMS crew members and other caretakers that took such great care of our mom over the past several years. The heartfelt care she received while at CCMSD was far above any of the other medical facilities she visited throughout her years.
She always felt most comfortable in the care of CCMSD and we felt blessed knowing she was in your hands. It was a relief each time we brought her in and saw the familiar, favorite staff there to take care of her.
We thank Wyoming Assisted Living for making mom feel safe and loved during the time she was a resident. She truly felt at home while she was there.
We loved knowing she was being tended to and urged to do what made her happy. We appreciate the care and love she received while in your facility. She truly loved you all.
Thank you to everyone in this small, wonderful community for the amazing friendship and professional care given to our mom throughout her life.
Sincerely,
