The Crook County Farm Bureau Federation has selected the winners for scholarships for 2023. This year's winners are Kailee Gill and Faith Honey Anderson.
The first-place winner is Kailee Gill, selected to receive a $2000 scholarship from the Crook County Farm Bureau Federation. Kailee played basketball and volleyball for Moorcroft High School, was a member of the Whitcomb FFA chapter and 4-H club showed horses, goats and beef, and was a leader in Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Kailee has maintained a 4.0 GPA. She will be attending Eastern Wyoming College to study Ag Business and Equine Science. Kailee is the daughter of Gabe and Jenni Gill of Moorcroft.
In second place, Faith Honey Anderson was selected to receive a $1500 scholarship from the Crook County Farm Bureau Federation. Faith Honey was the National Honor Society chapter President, and the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America chapter President and National Vice President, she served in the 4-H State Honors Club and State Leadership team.
She is an "A" Honor Roll student. Faith Honey is currently attending Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, studying communications. Faith Honey is the daughter of Gary and Zeta Anderson of Devils Tower.
