On March 3, police conducted a civil standby while a landlord served eviction papers to a tenant.
On March 7, police were notified of a traffic crash, car vs deer. Officer filled out State of Wyoming traffic crash report.
On March 8, police were notified of a traffic crash in the parking lot of the Moorcroft High School. Officer arrived at the school and took witness statements. Officer filled out State of Wyoming traffic crash report.
On March 9, police were requested to unlock a vehicle for an owner who had locked their keys inside the vehicle. Officer was able to gain entry for owner.
On March 9, police were requested by Crook County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a welfare check on an individual living just outside the town limits. Officer was able to make contact with the individual’s employer who stated they were fine and advised they would have them call the family member who requested the welfare check.
On March 11, police gave emergency fund assistance to a traveler in need.
On March 11, police received a report of a tractor trailer combination that was jack-knifed in the roadway of Converse/Highway 16. Officer provided traffic control while the driver of the truck placed chains on their tires. Truck was able to move out of the road and officer cleared from the scene.
