Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Pine Haven Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing concerning a Variance Application received form Richard and Shyla Hein, for construction of a detached garage at 17 South Whitetail drive, Lot 2-A of Hilltop Acres Subdivision. All complaints and objections will be heard and considered by the Planning and Zoning Board on October 6, 2022 at 5:30 pm at the Town Hall Council Chambers. The Planning and Zoning Board on the September 13, 2022 Council Meeting presented their approval to the Council. A motion was made, seconded and approve for the variance request to move forward. If you cannot attend the Public Hearing please have your objections or complaints to the Town Hall, 24 Waters Drive Pine Haven, WY 82721 by 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2022.
