AN ORDINANCE APPROPRATING MONEY FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2023

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE FOLLOWING BUDGET ORDINACE BE ADOPTED:

SECTION 1: The following sums of money are anticipated as general fund cash, investments:

Bank $ 41,000

Investments $1,525,100

Total Funds $1,529,200

SECTION 2: The following sums of money are anticipated as general revenues:

Property Taxes $ 65,909

Licenses and Permits $ 19,270

Intergovernmental $ 714,907

Goods & Services, Fines $ 7,700

Miscellaneous Revenues $ 18,800

Cemetery $ 500

Total Revenues $ 847,086

SECTION 3: The following sums of money are anticipated as general expenses:

General Government $ 266,729

Public Safety $ 161,955

Public Works $ 318,206

Parks & Recreation $ 100,196

Total Expense $ 847,086

Section 4: The following sums of money are expected revenues, expenses and loan payments from the enterprise accounts:

Revenues: Water Fund $ 188,100

Sewer Fund $ 132,594

Solid Waste $ 71,478 $ 392,172

Expenses:

Water Fund $ 165,451

Sewer Fund $ 88,785

Solid Waste $ 62,288 $ 316,524

Total Carry/Over $ 75,648

Section 5: It is anticipated that an 8 mil levy for property taxes will be required for operation of the general fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that the Town of Pine Haven budget , be adopted

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, by the appropriation as provided for in Ordinance #4, 2022
