On June 14, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.
On June 14, police served three junk ordinance violations and spoke with two homeowners regarding junk ordinance violations.
On June 15, police served one junk ordinance violation, spoke with two homeowners regarding junk ordinance violations and issued one weed violation warning.
On June 16, police served two junk ordinance violations.
On June 16, police gave emergency fund assistance to a traveler in need.
On June 16, police were called to Subway for a complaint of two individuals sleeping in a van in the back parking lot. Officer contacted the subjects and advised them they were not allowed to stay in the parking lot at Subway. Nothing further.
On June 16, police were contacted regarding a possible theft from Coffee Cup Fuel Stop. Officer arrived and contacted the subjects; they were not in possession of any Coffee Cup property. Officer served the individuals with trespass warnings from Coffee Cup.
On June 17, police were requested for a welfare check. Officer contacted the individual and all was well.
On June 17, police served two individuals with trespass notices from Dollar General.
On June 17, police served two individuals with trespass notices from Subway.
On June 17, police served one junk ordinance violation and spoke with one homeowner regarding junk ordinance violations.
On June 17, police received a report of suspicious activity at Dollar General. Officer contacted the complainant and took report of the incident.
On June 18, police were called to a residence for report of a negligent discharge of a firearm, no injuries. Officer arrived and spoke with the reporting party who advised while trying to clear the chamber of his handgun, it discharged. RP contacted law enforcement just to advise of the incident and with no signs of criminal activity Officer cleared scene.
On June 18, police were advised of a REDDI report. Officers made contact with the subject in Diehl’s Supermarket parking lot. Suspect was subsequently arrested for DUI and transported to Crook County Detention Center without incident.
On June 19, police were notified of two individuals loitering near the alley behind the Cozy Motel. Officer arrived and met with two individuals whom the officer had numerous contacts with over the last week. Officer advised them they were not allowed to be hanging out on private property without permission and they left the area. Nothing further.
