CROOK COUNTY LAND USE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING
Monday, May 9, 2022
7:02 p.m. Present were Chairman Morgan Ellsbury, Member Dustin Buckmiller, Member Terry Wilkerson and Member Mary Yemington, Vice-Chairman Cody Galloway was absent.
Chairman Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Terry Wilkerson moved to adopt the agenda as printed; Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, motion carried.
Chairman Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any additions or corrections to the April meeting minutes. Dustin Buckmiller moved to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held April 11, 2022; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.
Chairman Morgan Ellsbury asked Roger Riley to open discussion by giving an explanation of his subdivision proposal also present for the discussion was Kenny Rathbun, Bearlodge Engineering & Surveying. Discussion was held, no action was taken.
Chairman Morgan Ellsbury asked Heath Turbiville, HDR Engineering to open the discussion concerning possible Land Use Planning & Zoning resources that HDR Engineering may be able to provide Crook County. Present for the discussion was Crook County Commissioner Chairman, Kelly B. Dennis and County Attorney, Joseph Baron. Discussion was held, no action was taken.
Chairman Morgan Ellsbury opened the discussion on the final review of the Draft of the Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation. Present for this discussion and review of the final draft document with the Commission members were Crook County Commissioner Chairman, Kelly B. Dennis and County Attorney, Joseph Baron. Discussion was held, no action was taken.
Dustin Buckmiller moved to adjourn the meeting; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:39 p.m. to meet in regular session on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room in Sundance, Wyoming.
