Library News

The library has exciting news! We are currently under construction in the upstairs adult service department.

We cannot wait for everyone to see what we have done! Shannon and I are downstairs in the children’s section while we are under construction, but we can still get to the adult material so please stop in and let us help you.

You can enter through the back door of the library.

We will be participating in the safety/business expo too. It will be June 4 starting at 9 a.m. We will have side walk chalk, free books and refreshments.

Summer reading kicks off June 7 with a FREE performance by The Lego Guy at 10 a.m. in the museum. Immediately following the performance, you can go back to the library and sign up for summer reading.

We have so many summer activities happening too. There will be Zumba every Monday, story hour every Wednesday, and STEM days every Friday just to name a few.

Remember we are still having children’s paint class all summer long so please contact the library for more information at 756-3232.

Book club will be June 16 at 1 p.m. in the library meeting room. Please join us!

We are also hosting a paint and sip class at the museum Friday June 3 at 6 p.m. The cost is $20 please RSVP your spot by calling the library.
