NOTICE OF INTENT TO
TRADE REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Moorcroft, County of Crook, State of Wyoming, will hold a public hearing according to W.S. §15-1-112 on a proposed trade of real property owned by the Town of Moorcroft for certain other real property owned by Robinson Family Limited Partnership, LLP. The hearing will take place on April 25th, 2022 at 7:15 o’clock p.m., in the Town Hall, 104 North Big Horn, Moorcroft, Wyoming 82721, at which time all comments will be heard on the proposed trade of real property.
The appraised value of the real property owned by the Town of Moorcroft is $105,000.00. The appraised value of the real property owned by Robinson Ranch Family Limited Partnership, LLP is $90,000.00. The appraisals were performed by Zabel & Associates and will be available for inspection during the public hearing.
