Red White and Blue Raffle

The Pine Haven community is coming together again to help the town’s fire auxiliary and community center with a fundraiser hosted by the Over the Hill Gang.

The Red, White and Blue fundraiser is in the form of a raffle with three very different prizes of similar value starting with a Devils Tower Golf Package, including eight rounds of golf and a gift certificate for other club amenities; second prize is an $800 gift card for Black Anchor Products LLC in Moorcroft; and the third prize is an $800 Visa gift card that can be spent anywhere Visa is accepted.

The proceeds will fund repairing, updating and stocking the trailer that provides fire personnel a place to rest and eat on-scene during large fires with any remaining money going to repairs, maintenance and upkeep of the Pine Haven Community Center.

While participants do not have to be present at the drawing to win, they do have to either write on their ticket their first and second choice of prizes or call in said choice within 24 hours of the draw or they automatically forfeit and that position will be drawn again, according to event co-organizer Chris Bingham. “Since it’s first draw, first choice, we had to put some kind of limit so that we can do the next prize. If we end up calling to ask ‘which is the prize you want’, they have 24 hours to call back.”

The drawing will be held on May 1 at 2 p.m.
