February 21 - 27
On February 21, police assisted Crook County Sheriff’s Office by checking on a suspicious person at the UPS transfer station. Officer located the subject and identified them as an employee of UPS. Nothing further.
On February 22, police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Yellowstone and Converse. Officer contacted the drivers of both vehicles regarding the incident. Driver of car was written a warning for to fast for conditions and State of Wyoming Traffic Crash report was filled out. Nothing further.
On February 24, police assisted a motorist whose vehicle broke down in the travel lane of E. Converse at the intersection of Robinson Ranch Road. Officer stayed behind vehicle to make sure driver remained safe while waiting on the tow truck to arrive.
On February 24, during a traffic stop officer determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Driver was arrested for DUI and transported to Crook County Detention Center without incident.
On February 26, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.
On February 26, police, along with Moorcroft EMS and Fire, escorted Moorcroft Girls Basketball team through town to the High School after they placed first at Regionals.

On February 27, Police assisted Moorcroft EMS and Crook County Coroners Office on a call.

February 28 - March 6
On February 28, police were called to Moorcroft High School for a minor in possession of tobacco. Officer cited the minor for possession of tobacco. Nothing further.
On March 1, police were notified of a suspicious person at the Moorcroft Town Center who was scaring gym users. Officer went to the MTC and spoke with a few individuals who had seen the man. Officer searched the area and was unable to locate an individual fitting the description given by the complainants.
On March 2, police were notified of a 911 call coming in from the area around Blakeman Propane. Officer was requested by Dispatch to go to Blakeman Propane and check on the caller. Officer made contact with employees and it was determined that the call was made by mistake from a broken phone. Nothing further.
On March 3, police received a report of a dog that was not being fed or watered. Officer contacted the owner of the dog and asked to see the dog. The dog was very happy and well fed. With no indications the dog was malnourished, officer cleared the residence. Unfounded.
On March 4, police were notified of a large dog running loose around the Moorcroft Town Center. Officer searched the area of the MTC, Pinnacle Bank, Coffee Cup Fuel Stop, Texas Trails Subdivision and all surrounding streets and was unable to locate a large dog running loose. Nothing further.
On March 5, police were requested to do a welfare check on a resident. Officer was able to make contact with the resident all was well.
On March 6, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.
On March 6, police were called to a possible domestic. Officer arrived at the home and spoke with both parties who stated there was an argument, but nothing became physical. Officer cleared, noting further.
