On January 3, police were asked to check on the welfare of some animals that were inside of a home. Complainant was worried the animals were not being taken care of. Officer met with the animals and owner and there was no sign of neglect. Nothing further.
On January 3, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.
On January 4, police were called to Moorcroft K8 due to a student in possession of a vape. Officer made contact with staff and the student. Student was cited for Minor in Possession of Tobacco.
On January 4, police were called regarding an animal outside without adequate shelter. Officer arrived and made contact with the owner and the animal. Owner had let the animal outside but was not going to be leaving them outside due to the frigid cold weather. Nothing further.
On January 4, police conducted a civil standby.
On January 5, police were called for a civil standby.
On January 6, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.
On January 9, police were contacted by a complainant about a dog at large. Officer was unable to locate a dog.
On January 9, officer assisted motorists pulled off the road with hazards on.
