On Friday night, the Moorcroft Wolves hosted the Cyclones of Southeast.
The game got off to a hot start as both teams scored on the first couple of plays on their respective drives. Southeast got the ball first and ran a 70-yard touchdown to the house to make it 8-0 to start the game off.
On Moorcroft's next possession, Zane Linder dropped back to pass and scrambled 75 yards for a touchdown run to tie things up, 8-8, just minutes into the first quarter. Southeast, however, wouldn't take their foot off the pedal and continued to score in the first quarter.
At the end of one, it was 22-8 - Southeast. They continued to score until the fourth quarter to make it 54-8. Finally, Randy Peters was able to get the ball into the endzone for the Wolves to make it a 54-16 final.
The Wolves will voyage to Lingle on Friday night.
