NOTICE OF COMPLETION

AND

FINAL ACCEPTANCE

In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 16-6-116, Wyoming State Statutes, 1977 Revised Edition, the Town of Moorcroft, hereby gives notice that R.CS. Construction, Inc., whose address is P.O. Box 9337, Rapid City, SD 57709, as prime contractor, has completed the Town of Moorcroft, WY Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Phase I project in accordance with the specifications and rules set forth in the contract entered into by the Town of Moorcroft and R.C.S. Construction, Inc. on the effective date of April 22, 2020.

Final Acceptance having been made and the contractor being entitled to final settlement under above contract, final payment is now due the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made to the Town of Moorcroft, 104 North Big Horn Avenue, Moorcroft, WY 82721 prior to the final payment.

Said final payment will be made on October 12, 2021, said date being the 41 st day from the publishing of this acceptance.
