New sprinkler system for Texas Trails Park

Over the last couple of months, Texas Trails Park has been watered by hoses attached to sprinkler heads atop tripods. Kids from the subdivision enjoyed the waterworks and were seen dancing under the showers in the grass.

Now, the entire system is being laid under the sod as public works completes the installation of the underground sprinkler system to, no doubt, the consternation of a few of said youth.

Early Tuesday morning, crewman Cody Amende took some time to do more work on the piping before continuing on to other duties.
