ORDINANCE 5, 2021
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2021 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2022
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE FOLLOWING BUDGET ORDINACE BE ADOPTED:
2020/2021
SECTION 1: The following sums of money are anticipated as general fund cash, investments:
Bank $ 41,000.00
Investments Funds $ 1,507,100.00
Total Funds $ 1,548,100.00
SECTION 2: The following sums of money are anticipated as general fund revenues:
Property taxes $ 61,842.00
Licenses, Permits and other services
$ 16,320.00
Franchise Fees $ 5,660.00
State Shared Revenue and Mineral Taxes
$ 101,734.00
Intergovernmental Taxes $ 210,491.00
Ambulance Services $ 5,667.00
Cemetery Services $ 500.00
Grants, Loans $ -

SECTION 4: The following sums of money are expected revenues, expenses and loan payment from the enterprise accounts.
Revenues:

Solid Waste Fund $ 69,500.00
Total Revenues $ 331,700.00
Expenses:
Water Fund $ 129,568.00
Sewer Fund $ 92,903.00
Solid Waste Fund $ 57,856.00

SECTION 5: It is anticipated that an 8 mil levy for property taxes will required for operation of the general fund of the Town of Pine Haven, Wyoming and a copy of this ordinance shall be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyoming requesting an 8 mil levy upon property for Town purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that the Town of Pine Haven budget, be adopted as the official Town of Pine Haven budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the appropriations as provided for in Ordinance 5, 2021 be made for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, and that the expenditure of each department or spending agency be limited to the amount herein appropriated dated June 8, 2021
