ORDINANCE #2, 2021

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 – ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARTICLE II RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS, DIVISION 1 GENERALLY, SEC. 4-28 MINORS, 2(a), 2(b), OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, WYOMING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING, IN REGULAR SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED THAT:

Chapter 4 – Alcoholic Beverages Article II Retail Establishments, Division 1 Generally, Section

4-28 Minors, 2(a), 2(b), are hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 4-28 – Minors

(2) The prohibitions against possession of alcoholic liquor or malt beverages by a person under the age of 21 years specified in W.S. 1977 § 12-6-101 Page 22-23 shall not apply:

a. When the person is serving alcoholic liquor or malt beverages pursuant to their employment in a restaurant which holds a license to serve alcoholic liquor or malt beverages, if the person is at least 18 years of age. The term “serving” in this paragraph does not include the mixing or dispensing of alcoholic beverages; or

b. To a person who is a licensee under this title
