Wolf Pups run at District

The JH track athletes have completed another year of competition. The season started off a little rough with the weather and a few meets being cancelled, but that did not stop our young Wolves from their amazing work ethic and 100% dedication to the sport.

We were able to compete in Spearfish and Sturgis, SD, which are a few of the bigger meets our athletes get to compete in. We went home with some wins and personal records (PRs) that kept the young Wolves excited and eager to keep going.

We also went to a few smaller meets throughout the season in Wyoming to prepare our athletes for the biggest meet of the year. The young Wolves competed in the Northeast District track meet Friday, May 7, in Newcastle, WY and came home with a handful of first places, PR’s and smiling faces.

They had an exceptional day and should be proud of the work they put in. I hope to see them all out again for another season. Great job young Wolves!
