The annual Lincoln Day Dinner was held last Saturday at the Greater Hulett Community Center. Nearly 250 people came together to support the Crook County Republican Party.
Chairman Roger Connett led the banquet and introduced dignitaries including Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon. During the banquet, the 2021 Republican Party scholarship recipient as FaithHoney Anderson.
Governor Gordon spoke briefly about the current state of affairs in the political world and ended with acknowledging his wife for her great work to feed the hungry.
Guest speaker Retired Col. Mike Pullen received a warm welcome from audience. He spoke about patriotism, some of the issues facing the United States and the State of Wyoming.
The evening ended with results of a silent auction and a live auction was held with the help of Justin Mills.
