Construction continues on lagoon buildings

According to Jeron Smith of HDR Engineering, for the past week RCS has been regrading and placing new gravel around the lagoons, blower building and future chlorination building. As this operation progresses, the walls and roof of the chlorination building continue to be constructed. Sludge removal for lagoon cell three will also finish by the end of the week, completing this portion of work for the project. The project in its entirety is anticipated to be complete by the first of July.
