Hard won victory for Lady Wolves

On Thursday night, the Lady Wolves welcomed to town the Lady Herders from Glenrock. The first quarter saw the Wolves pick up a quick 10-1 lead before Glenrock climbed back in to the game.

Moorcroft increased their defensive pressure and took a 36-17 lead into the half. Glenrock came back in the third quarter but the Lady Wolves took a commanding lead in the fourth quarter and came out with a victory, 55-35.

Overall, we did what we needed to do and got the necessary stops. There are some things we need to adjust and heading into the Christmas break will allow us the opportunity to do so. The girls continue to work hard and give their best effort whether it’s in practice or a game.
