On Saturday, October 26, the Lady Wolves participated in the Wyoming Cross Country Championships. The weather threatened to make the event a memorable one.
Hailey Jones ran a super race, leading the 2A pack for most of the race; she ran with great heart and ran her final high school cross country race, finishing in second place with a time of 20:18.82. She will be an amazing addition to her college team.
Katelynn Blakeman ran an impressive race as well; she maintained a constant pace throughout the race and slowly picked runners off. She placed 24th with the time of 24:55.64.Katelynn will continue to bring great things to the cross country program.
