Lady Wolves fight hard against Big Horn

he Moorcroft Lady Wolves started strong last Saturday against Big Horn, winning the first two sets, staying aggressive on offense and putting up a strong block. As the close match continued, Big Horn battled back and won the match in the fifth set. The scores were extremely close (26-24, 25-16, 23-25, 24-26, 11-15).

I am so proud of how hard this team worked during this match; these players fought for every point. The very first point of the match, our starting libero, Tianne Fischbach was injured. We quickly made the switch to have Kennedy Sheehan be the libero for the match and she stepped up and did her job. Lizzie Peterson and Char Cranston led the pack with 12 kills apiece.

This was a team effort and everyone stepped up and did their job this game. We will continue to work on the little things in practice to prepare us for the next conference match.
