Heading north

According to HDR Engineering, at this time, sanitary sewer is has been installed to Campbell Street and is continuing north. It is anticipated that Goshen Street, between Cheyenne and Powder River Avenues, will be closed for sewer installation beginning September 25. The project is anticipated to be substantially complete by early November with final completion prior to Thanksgiving. Alley access will not be available at times when sanitary sewer is being installed and streets in this area will be closed as needed for sanitary sewer installation and replacement of pavement. The project will include replacement of sanitary sewer services to the property line. There has been some interest by landowners to replace the remainder of their service line to their house.
