The 13th Annual Ride a Horse Feed a Cowboy will be held this weekend at the Hulett Recreation Grounds. Events include a Bulls and Broncs rodeo on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. followed by Darin Noyce memorial wild ride.
The BBQ will begin at 5 p.m. and an auction will follow. To end the evening, the talented Paul Bogart will be in concert under the stars at 8 p.m. There will be biscuits and gravy and Bloody Marys at the rodeo grounds on Sunday.
In conjunction with this event, Terry Goodvin will be having his Old West Cowboy and Indian Collectible Trade and Gun Show at the Hulett Civic Center August 23-25. Hours are Friday 12 to 7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Proceeds from the Ride a Horse Feed a Cowboy will benefit Ryan Neiman, who was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on the tongue.
