On May 13, police assisted Moorcroft Fire Department and Wyoming Highway Patrol with a report of a car fire at mile marker 153 on Interstate 90.
On May 13, police gave Emergency Fund assistance to a traveler in need.
On May 13, police assisted Moorcroft Ambulance on an emergency call.
On May 17, police contacted a dog owner about their dog running at large. Owner placed their dog back inside their home.
On May 19, police were called to the high school to for a vehicle unlock. Officer was able to get the vehicle unlocked for the owner.

On May 21, police assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol with a crash at mile marker 152 on I-90.

On May 23, Police were contacted regarding possible cruelty to animals. Officer spoke with the complainant and after gathering all of the information went to the residence in question. Officer spoke with the resident who explained what had been taking place. The owner’s child was playing with the dog and agreed that from a distance it may have looked bad. Officer checked on the animal and it was not abused or hurt by the child. Nothing further.
On May 23, police were contacted by a complainant who had received some fraudulent checks in the mail. The complainant knew they were not good checks but wanted to make sure the information was reported. Officer took the report.
On May 24, police assisted the Department on Family Services with an issue.
On May 24, police conducted a presentation for the driver’s education class at Moorcroft High School.
On May 25, police were contacted in reference to vehicle vandalism on the 100 block of N. Belle Fourche.
On May 25, police observed running water from a residence in town. The water was coming from an outside water hose pipe. Officer was able to contact the home owner by telephone and the owner requested the officer to shut the water off. Nothing further.
On May 26, police conducted traffic control at the Moorcroft Library while a semi-truck was delivering a storage container.
