Three return to Moorcroft council

Dick Claar, who served as mayor of Moorcroft several years ago and is again seated in that office, stood to swear his oath of office with newly elected incumbent Paul Smoot and Dale Petersen, who has also been previously on the council. The three repeated solemnly the words of office after Clerk/Treasurer Cheryl Schneider.
