    In celebration of National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September 25, the National Park Service (NPS) and Devils Tower Natural History Association will host a bat festival. The festival will include educational activities about these rarely seen nighttime animals.     The annual Rib Rally hosted by the Moorcroft Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) sold out of ribs last Wednesday. One of the event organizers later said the last plate sold at 4:55 p.m., ultimately feeding more than 170 people.
