Elected officials were on hand to introduce the students to the functions of local government and the impact each office will have on their adult lives.     Moorcroft's secondary students were dressed in green and white with smiles and laughter as they decorated floats and loaded candy last Thursday afternoon for the Wolves' Homecoming Parade. As the procession began, rodeo royalty led, riding their horses and carrying flags, followed by those of the Homecoming Court and Grand Marshal Monte Reichenberg .     The Moorcroft Secondary Booster Club donated their time and materials to paint bright green wolf prints down the road to the football field. That way visitors and home team supporters had an easy way to know how to get to the field.
