Swagger Construction is working on the compaction of the roads in the C Bar Subdivision, but the crew is having some difficulty getting the right compaction because of the soil in the area. Campaign finance complaint against Vogelheim dismissed JACKSON (WNE) — The Wyoming Democratic Party’s campaign finance complaint against Republican legislative candidate Paul Vogelheim has been dismissed, according to Jennifer Martinez, the office’s assistant elections director in the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office. Residents who are depositing yard waste, predominantly leaves, into the streets are advised of their responsibility to keep the municipal roadways clear of such waste that fouls the drains. This problem faced the public works team earlier in the year with police verbally warning and ticketing those who did not clear their lawn clippings. Pine Haven's volunteer fire department has been actively seeking a command vehicle to add to the department's inventory for the last several months and department chief TJ Gideon has finally found and purchased a used vehicle for the perfect fit. The 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe was retired from a fire department in Oregon at 100,000 miles and Pine Haven was able to purchase the automobile for $7500. Recently, an individual from Pine Ridge was intercepted as they attempted to dump yard waste from their property onto the Pine Haven slash pile. Julie Ann Cox of Pine Haven faces felony possession charges after THC was allegedly found in her residence when a Crook County Sheriff’s deputy made contact in reference to a warrant for her arrest.
