    Monday night’s planning and zoning meeting included a public hearing regarding the possible approval of a variance allowing Horizon LLC to install a communications tower on property owned by TMG LLC, west of the Pine Haven Community Center.     Average gasoline prices down again in Wyoming in the past week CHEYENNE (WNE) — Average gasoline prices in Wyoming have fallen 3.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.18 per gallon on Monday, according to GasBuddy.com’s survey of 494 stations in Wyoming. Prices in Wyoming are 7 cents per gallon lower than a month ago, and stand 57.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.     Sept. 23-29 On Sept. 24, officer responded to a report of suspicious activity. An individual reported that they thought someone they knew might have tampered with the lug nuts on their vehicle. Officers reviewed the footage but did not see anything suspicious. Nothing further at this time.
