    Approximately one tenth of an acre was burned in Pine Haven at the intersection of Deer Drive and Maple Street when a truck made contact with power lines, according to Pine Haven Volunteer Fire Chief Dave Hull.     A few months ago, the Crook County Commission chose not to support a solid waste district, which would have allowed a board to decide whether it would be more feasible to levy a tax for the upkeep and operation of the Moorcroft landfill for the entire county or close the facility.
